Ashley Woods/Eagles Creek neighborhood is situated just off Kernan Blvd in the desirable intra-coastal west section of town. There have been 4 building or development phases over the past 12 years which have brought the total number of homes to 672 within the community. The last house was completed and sold in 2006.
